Pale Green and Blue Pendant

The base of this pendant is a pale green with blues at the base. When making this bead, I heat the bead and roll it in a mixture of blue frit.  Once melted in, I heat the center of the bead and insert a glass stringer and twist the molten glass creating a swirl in the center.  The bead is then placed in a digitally controlled kiln and annealed properly.  Once cooled the bead is given an acid bath to create the look and feel of beach glass.  The bail is created from sterling silver wire.
